Keep waiting feedback separate from reception and pickup

Reception captures the opening handoff, while vehicle collection captures the final explanation and key handoff. A waiting-area page has a narrower job: make the time between those stages visible enough to review. Separate devices or carefully defined stages make the resulting pattern easier to act on.

Do not use a low waiting-area score as proof that a technician, advisor, or facility caused the experience. Configured employee or shift context can focus a fair review, but managers still need the relevant operational and customer evidence.
