Place the tablet after the defined airline interaction, where a passenger can respond without blocking a counter, bag scale, queue lane or security approach. A location near the exit of the check-in or bag-drop flow usually gives a clearer stage signal than a device at the front of a long queue.

Use separate device or location labels when the station wants to compare desk areas, bag-drop zones or departure banks. Test the actual lighting, distance, accessibility and passenger flow at that airport; placement is a local operating decision, not a universal layout recipe.
