Authorized managers can create or change the short question shown on assigned feedback devices. After Question Mode is enabled on those devices, customers answer the active question with a supported hand gesture—for example, “How good was the cleaning service?”—so each location can collect a signal about the service moment it wants to improve.

Authorized managers can review the resulting patterns by time, day, device and location, with employee or shift context when the deployment is configured that way. The system is a feedback signal for service investigation; it does not identify a passenger, establish a cause or prove that an individual employee is responsible.
The useful comparison is usually like-for-like: the same service stage across departure banks, stations, gates or lounges. A lower signal tells a team where to look more closely. It should be read with queue conditions, staffing, flight changes, service logs and passenger-care records rather than treated as a standalone diagnosis.
